He is the unnamed father of Aira Shiratori.
Appearance[]
He is a man with brown hair and wears glasses.
Personality[]
He is shown to be a caring father to his daughter Aira, having softly explained to her when she was young that her late mother would not be coming back. Aside from this, he is also a somewhat lecherous man, as he keeps a collection of adult magazines in his study, which Aira eventually found out about and read to approach her newfound feelings towards Okarun.
Background[]
During a stroll with Aira, he found her suddenly running off elsewhere and was told by her that she had encountered a woman who she mistook as her mother, much to his confusion. After she asks about her mother's whereabouts, he gently reminded her that she would not be coming back and encourages her to stay strong for her mother's sake, which she agreed to do.[1]
As Aira grew up, he considered her to be more and more rebellious and she began to ignore him, prompting him one day to leave his dirty socks on the floor of the house. Aira angrily told him to clean up, but he refused until she paid attention to him. She did not want to have that conversation, but her father continued, insisting that socks will continue to pile up and they'll have to do mountain climbing just to exit the house. He then hugged the portrait of her wife, crying and telling her to watch Aira's behavior, who had changed drastically and he never thought she would call him annoying. Aira gives in, proposing that they can have breakfast together again. The man was overjoyed and asked to eat together everyday, to which Aira agreed, but rushed him to pick up his dirty socks.
