Black Haircutter (黒髪切, Kurokamikiri^?) was a yokai whose powers were once stolen by Count Saint-Germain.

The appearance of Black Haircutter is unknown.

When his power is used by Count Saint-Germain, Black Haircutter is depicted as a dark creature with a round head, small eyes, multiple rows of sharp teeth, and a long tongue. His body appears to be in a curled position with a hair strand in his mouth.
