It's a Pump (ポンプです Ponpu Desu?) is the forty-fifth chapter of the Dandadan manga series.
Summary[]
With the Enjoji house destroyed, the Tsuchinoko starts to completely dry up from the sunlight until it dies. Momo walks over to check to see if the earthworm is dead and becomes startled after it starts to move to vomit out the Kito Family, which surprised her to see that they are still alive. After being berated by the head of the family for killing the Tsuchinoko, despite the fact that they were swallowed, Momo prepares to go check on Okarun and Jiji. However, Momo witnesses in shock to see the volcano erupting and is once again berated by the head Kito Family member, reminding her that it was their involvement with the Tsuchinoko that the volcano ceased being active. After hearing the head Kito Family member utter the village prophecy, Momo realizes its true meaning and corrects her, stating that the legend was directed towards the fountain located at the hot springs and takes action by using her powers to carry the end of the Tsuchinoko's remains all the way to the fountain where she plugs it with the earthworm's anus. Seeing as how the Tsuchinoko's body can act as a hose where water can travel from its anus to its head, Momo runs over to the Tsuchinoko's head and lifts it up with her powers as it starts to spray water, which will help her to put out the magma coming from the volcano.
