That UFO Is Awesome (UFOすげえ Yūfō Sugē?) is the forty-eighth chapter of the Dandadan manga series.
Summary[]
While Chiquitita uses the Tsuchinoko's corpse to hose down the forest fire by piloting the spacecraft, Seiko berates Manjiro for letting matters get worse but is told by her disciple that her message over the phone was confusing, prompting her to change her attitude by giving him credit for what he has accomplished thus far. Seiko also expresses her gratitude to Taro for helping with the sealing of the Evil Eye and suggests putting his organs in a bag for the time being. The two then wonder where Momo, Okarun, and the Turbo Granny are. Momo rushes back to the destroyed Enjoji house with the Dover Demon to save Okarun. By the time they arrived to clear out the debris, Momo looks in shock to see that the pit has been filled with lava. She then requests for Chiquitita to use the Tscuhinoko's corpse to cool down the magma as she prepares to go in and save Okarun despite the Dover Demon's objection of how dangerous it would be, letting him know that she promised to come back for him. Chiquitita informs Momo that he can't cool down the magma with the phlegm and that she doesn't have to enter by using the spacecraft to bring out a magma rock from the lava. Momo then pry opens the rock and becomes relieved to see that Okarun is okay inside. While the Turbo Granny becomes displeased that Momo took so long to save her, Okarun explains to her that the Tsuchinoko's phlegm is what kept him and the spirit safe from the magma and becomes informed that Jiji has made it out as well and was taken care of by Seiko. As he gets out the rock, Okarun apologizes to Momo for not being able to handle Jiji and accidently falls on Momo after his foot is caught on the Tsuchinoko's phlegm. He then freaks out from this and apologizes, however, Momo holds onto him as she apologizes for not being able to do anything to safe him but expresses her relief that he is still alive.
