This Person is a Pain in the Butt (めんどくせえ奴 Mendokusē Yatsu?) is the seventy-seventh chapter of the Dandadan manga series.
Summary[]
In class, Bamora is crowded by her classmates as they try to teach her words and get to know her. After a classmate asks Bamora as to where she is from, Kinta comes in to cover for her by saying that she is from India. Okarun is asked by the class president as to how he is connected to Bamora and tells her that all he knows is that she is staying with Momo. After the class president also takes note at how Bamora is attached to him, Kinta jumps in to correct her, stating that Bamora is attached to him after defeating her, which Okarun plays along with. The class president becomes confused by this and tells Kinta that she refuses to listen to him unless she hears it from Okarun since she believes that he isn't the type of person to lie. However, after Okarun backs up Kinta's claim that he also saved the world by piloting a robot, the class president runs out the classroom not taking his word and becoming disappointed with him for not being honest with her, not to Okarun's surprise since he figured that no one would believe such a thing. Okarun then becomes startled to hear Bamora referring to him as her boyfriend, causing him to question as to who taught her such a word and denies to a classmate that the two are a couple. He is then informed by Kinta that Momo, Aira and Jiji are waiting for them out in the halls, with Momo giving a look of displeasure and gesturally demanding that they meet up outside, which they comply to do.
After regrouping outside the school, Okarun is berated and attacked by Momo for his behavior to choose to enjoy time in class instead of focusing on meet with the others as planned. As Aira and Bamora try to stop Momo, Okarun manages to escape her wrath with Jiji accompany him and wonders why she is behaving this way. Jiji explains that it was due to the class president getting in the way of having Momo talk to him and suggests talking to her to fix the problem. Okarun tells Jiji that he will instead keep watch of the hall to see if he and the others show up. Jiji then tells Okarun that he will hide with this plan in mind, though Okarun asks why would he. After calming down, Momo comes up to them and takes note at how Okarun is talking casually with Jiji. Okarun explains to her that it was due to Jiji ignoring him whenever he talked formally to him. Finding this to be unfair, Momo demanded that he do the same with her but hears Okarun's unwillingness to permit himself to do so, adding that the reason that he can be informal with Jiji is because of the Evil Eye within him.
Moving on to important matters, Momo informs the group about the gold ball that is powering Bamora's kaiju suit and wonders if it is Okarun's kintama. Kinta believes that the orb is part of the suit since it would be too complex to add an installation if she had recently found it. After noticing a few girls finding the group assembling to be amusing, Momo ends the meeting and tells them that they will meet up next time at a different location as to not attraction attention from their schoolmates.
At home, Momo is berated by Seiko after informing her how she and Bamora went into the ruins earlier and apologizes for her actions. Despite assuring her that she managed to repel the Slit-Mouthed Woman away with the spell, Seiko finds this to be bad news since now she would have to say "pomade" a hundred times, explaining that the spell only expels evil spirits out of their dimension for temporary amount of time and that with each use it becomes less effective. She also warns her that the Slit-Mouthed Woman named Reiko Kashima is unbeatable and that she will now have to be wary of the evil spirit coming after her by not going outside after ten and to not peek out windows. As this is happening, Reiko Kashima starts to roam around Kamikoshi City in search for Momo after returning to the living world.
