Ran Into Some Deadly Dudes 2 (やべえやつらに遭遇しました2 Yabē Yatsura ni Sōgū Shimashita 2?) is the eightieth chapter of the Dandadan manga series.
Summary[]
After walking Bamora to the Ayase residence, Okarun gives his goodbye and prepares to head out. Bamora then stops for him the fifth time to tell him something in her own language. Despite not being able to perceive what she is saying, Okarun has her let go of him and responds back by telling her that he can't afford to marry her since he has feelings for Momo. Having said this confession, Okarun runs away flustered. While running, Okarun finds himself in Empty Space and turns around to see a group of exosuit aliens confronting him.
Meanwhile, Aira and Jiji face the problem of having to battle a three exosuit aliens on their side. In her Acrobatic Silky form, Aira avoids being hit by missiles launched by the Missile Exosuit Alien and targets him with a kick. The alien blocks her attack with an electric shield that stuns her and has the missiles guided towards her. Using her hair, Aira manages to move out of the way of the missiles but is then hit and sent crashing by a laser shot by the Sniper Exosuit Alien. Seeing Jiji running away from the alien with a shockwave field, Aira tells Jiji to switch with the Evil Eye to assist her in the battle since she can't manage to protect him as well. Jiji tells Aira that he can't since the Evil Eye had agreed to only fight Okarun but says that he will fight back against the Sniper Exosuit Alien while she handles the Missile Exosuit Alien. Using his newfound ability to emit ki from his hands, Jiji lands a hit on the sniper and is warned by Aira that the Shockwave Field Exosuit Alien is behind him. Jiji tries defending himself against the alien with the same attack but is harmed by the field due to his attack being ineffective. Seeing Jiji in trouble, Aira finds and throws a pail of cold water at him to release the Evil Eye but sees the water evaporating after making contact with the shockwave field. However, the Shockwave Field Exosuit Alien notices that the Evil Eye, who is displeased seeing the exosuit alien, has been set loose and is unaffected by the shockwave field's power.
