Can Never Sleep at a Manga Cafe (マンガ喫茶は眠れない Manga Kissa wa Nemurenai?) is the eighty-seventh chapter of the Dandadan manga series.
Summary[]
After taking shelter inside the manga cafe, Momo tells the Serpo to keep quiet and leave the make-up on to avoid getting them into trouble. While grooming himself, a cafe employee becomes possessed by Reiko Kashima, through a small mirror, and is manipulated into finding Momo while under the impression that he is love struck. After passing out, the Serpo pulls out a cable device from his chest that is directed at Momo. However, he retracts it after the possessed employee knocks on the door and causes Momo to wake up. The possessed employee tries to make Momo and the Serpo come out of their rooms by telling them that they needed to fill out the form again after accidently erasing it and tries to force himself in after hearing both voices. Before the possessed employee opened the door, Momo quickly resumes her disguise with the Serpo. The possessed employee confesses his feelings to the Serpo as a way to allow himself to see up his skirt and check to see if its Momo is hiding, much to her worry. After receiving permission from the Serpo, the possessed employee becomes suspicious that there are two shirts underneath and proceeds to lift up the top shirt. Noticing a mirror on him, Momo manipulates her bandages to wrap it around and cancels out Reiko Kashima's possession, know full well from Seiko that the yokai's possession will be undone if a mirror is covered. This then results in the employee going out of the room to apologize for his rude behavior. After being in the clear, Momo lets the Serpo in on what happened and asks about the chest device she noticed while under his shirt. The Serpo then changes the subject to asking her if she had ever professed her love to someone, much to her annoyance.
While carrying the Serpo on a cart on her way home, Momo sees Chiquitita calling out to her and is informed by him that her friends were attacked. Momo then comes inside her house to see them resting and in bad condition.
