History[]
Past[]
The cursed trunk was imbued with a powerful curse by an unknown european sorcer to trap away all the evil in the world, resulting in the Fairy-Tale Card being sealed inside. Unable to break the seals keeping him imprisoned, the Fairy-Tale Card created a dimension within the cursed trunk and influenced it into sending people to the dimension in an attempt to have them do his bidding in releasing him from his confinement.
At some point, the Danmara was sold at an antique shop to a man who wanted to gift it to his son for his birthday. Consequently, the son was sent to the inner world after touching it and spent years trying to survive by hiding from the monsters and living off of the candy grown.
Danmara Arc[]
Eventually, the Danmara came under Unji Zuma's possession, who sought to conqueror the inner world. Before he could send himself inside, a female member of his gang inadvertently sent herself into the inner world after touching it and encountered an old man named Daiki Hakono, a little boy who was trapped there long ago. Their encounter leads to Daiki escaping the Danmara and the girl remaining trapped. Later, Unji sends himself to the inner world and trades places with the girl after finding her.
Shortly after, Momo was sent to the inner world after she had accidently touched the Danmara from being knocked back by Daiki trying to defend himself from Unji Gang's with his sword. Later, Okarun, the Turbo Granny, Unji's Gang, and the Renjaku high schoolers went inside the Danmara to meet up with Momo and Unji as they try to beat the game.
