An alien device designed to capture targets and deactivate their abilities by wrapping them with an electric net.
Appearance[]
The gun features a flat square-shaped electric core which four joints are attached to, each one being formed by two ramps with a longer slope in the direction of the core and a smaller one towards the handle. It's held similarly to an umbrella and when activated, the four sides slide forward and form a cross, connecting to the core and powering up.
Overview[]
Once the trigger is pulled, the device opens up forward and releases a powerful electrical burst, shocking the target and rendering them unable to move like a taser. Furthermore, this electricity is capable of shutting off the technology of the captive if they are wearing an exosuit, as seen when Bamora's exosuit lost her invisibility and shrunk down. Subsequently, the four joints detach from the central core and spin around the prey, releasing electric threads that wrap the target in place. Ultimately, these four pillars boost towards the ground and penetrate it deeply, tightening the rope and rendering escape impossible.
It's unclear if this device originally belonged to the Kur or if it was an apparatus stolen from the Serpo's base during their raid.

The electric threads wrapping around Bamora, turning off her exosuit.
Jet Booster Exosuit Kur and Ta Koshin Jo were overwhelming Momo's and Rokuro's psychokinetic shield through their gatling guns and physical strikes, causing them to struggle. Out of nowhere however, Bamora jumped in and punched Ta Koshin Jo, destroying one of his attachments. The Jet Booster Exosuit Kur couldn't do anything as she turned invisible and approached Ta Koshin Jo, finishing him off with a whip attack with her tail. Suddenly, her leader Hastur arrived through a teleportation gate, handing her the Electric Net Gun to take care of Bamora. She did not waste time and leaped towards her, activating the device which electrocuted the giant kaiju, undoing its invisibility. The four joints of the device then ejected, wrapping around Bamora and forcing her to shrink down. Now unable to move, Hastur rushed over and forcefully inserted his hand inside the exosuit's mouth, extracting Bamora and claiming her suit as his before piercing her belly with his sharp tail.
