Empty Space (虚空 Kokū?) is an alternate dimension that aliens are able to summon once they are hostile towards a high spiritual human, serving as a battle ground from which there is no way out for their enemies.
Overview[]
Regardless of whoever is responsible for the confrontation, Empty Space traps any high spiritual human at a nearby radius, as Aira and Jiji suddenly found themselves within it after Bamora's kaiju suit enlarged in Kamigoe City to chase after Momo, Okarun and Kinta. The only way to escape Empty Space and return back to reality is if the hostile alien chooses to flee or if their enemy causes them to no longer be active.
Appearance[]
Empty Space takes the setting of wherever the confrontation between an alien and a human takes place but within a dark space. Though this is the case, any damage done does not adversely affect the real world once left. The environment of the parallel dimension can also be slightly altered by the alien. The Empty Space Ayase Residence that was casted by the Flatwoods Monster's presence created walls that prevented Momo and Okarun from escaping. The Serpos created a flooded parallel of the high school to benefit Nessie who they brought along to target Momo.

An Empty Space was casted within the vicinity of the Ayase residence upon the Flatwoods Monster's arrival to confront Momo and Okarun to retrieve their banana organs. Soon after the Flatwoods Monster was defeated by Momo, the Empty Space vanished.

Bamora was able to access the Empty Space in the Pygmy Princess Arc through her Space Monster Bamora, by activating the "Heart-pounding hidden mode" function.
Trivia[]
- The confrontation between the Serpo against Okarun, Momo and Aira suggest that Empty Space can also be summoned through advanced alien technology, as one of the Serpo mentioned an apparatus that was activated upon their arrival at Okarun's school and had thought malfunctioned after questioning how Aira managed to enter Empty Space prior to her reveal of being able to use Acrobatic Silky's powers.
