Hana (花) is an anthropomorphized anatomical model that resides at the Ayase residence.
Appearance[]
Hana's anime concept art.
Hana is an anatomical model whose right-side makes up her exposed muscle while her left compromises her skin half. On her skin half, she is given tied back hair and has a closed left eye. Unlike her partner Taro, she possesses no limbs to move about and can only be held upright with a round base stand connected to her torso.
After moving into the Ayase residence, Hana is given a beanie and a shirt to cover herself.
Personality[]
Hana has a very lovey-dovey relationship with her partner, Taro. While interactive towards him, Hana remains completely quiet around others, presumably either because she is too shy or is limited to only communicating with Taro since they are both anatomical models.
Background[]
Hana developed a relationship with fellow anatomical model Taro during their time at Kami High. At some point, the two became separated after Hana was thrown away for being deemed an obsolete model.
Synopsis[]
Cursed House Arc[]
At the junkyard, Hana is found by Taro who was in a rush to reunite with her, which resulted in him catching the attention of Momo, Okarun and Jiji who tracked him down. Hana begs Taro to forget about her since she has accepted her fate but becomes moved to hear Taro's feelings towards her.
Wanting to help her, Hana is offered by Momo to stay at the Ayase residence so that she and Taro may continue their relationship. The next day in the morning, Hana waits outside with Momo to meet with Taro, who ends up running late after getting run over by a truck.
Evil Eye Arc[]
Hana silently participates in the family dinner. She only reappears while Okarun fights the Evil Eye and gets carried by Momo. Along with Momo and Aira, she gets turned around when the Evil Eye decides to remove his underwear which does not agree with Okarun's deal. Seiko is too tired to deal with their destroyed home and so Hana, Turbo Granny, Momo and her go rest inside a bathhouse.
Momo carries her again back to the Ayase residence when they suddenly discover an alien staring them down. Okarun and Aira secretly called for Mantis Shrimp's aid, who recruited his alien friend Ludris to help rebuild the house. Hana is last seen inside the under-construction Ayase residence.
Etymology[]
- The name Hana means "flower, blossom" (花).
- Similarly to her lover, Hana is a generic female name in Japanese, with Yamada Hanako being the Japanese equivalent of Jane Doe.
