The Head Exosuit was an exosuit that was wielded by a Kur until it was destroyed by Okarun. This exosuit was most commonly manufactured by the Kur.
Appearance[]
A small-size exosuit that, unlike most exosuits shown, lacked a full body and only possessed an elongated dome head with no eyes and a toothed mouth head that acted as the cockpit, which was a design that is quite similar to the Jet Booster Exosuit. The exosuit noticeably was equipped with a pair of firearms on its sides and included stick arms and a thin piece of metal at the bottom.
The Head Exosuits worn by other Kur lacked the stick arms and metal piece attachment.

The Kur of the Advance Unit was presumably already in possession of the Takonoka Ru Patcho at the time of the invasion of Sumer, although multiple replicas of the exosuit appear.

After the Advance Unit arrived on Earth in search of Bamora, the team commenced an attack on the Serpo and subsequently engaged Okarun, Aira, Jiji, and Momo. Okarun immediately damages a kur wearing a modified and upgraded Head Exosuit, causing it to burn and fall to the ground. Takakura gets defeated and his ball gets stolen, but he's saved by Mr. Mantis Shrimp who brings him and the injured Kur back to the Ayase Residence. When Momo returns to the house, she discovers the corpse of the alien and rushes to his exosuit, shocked to find a ball identical to Bamora's which she uses to power the Kaiju. This, and seeing Okarun who's barely alive, leads Momo to accuse Bamora of being an octopus spy and threatens her to never come back.
Thanks to the Warp Gate powered by Okarun's Kintama, some UFOs reach Earth and more Kur wearing the Head Exosuits assist Hastur and the Jet Booster Exosuit Kur in the fight against the Family.

- Much like the Jet Booster exosuit, the Head exosuit is based off of a Xenomorph from the Alien franchise.
