The Head Exosuit Kur was a Kur of the Advance Unit who wielded the Head Exosuit.
In Dandadan, he serves as a supporting antagonist during the Space Globalists Arc.

Background[]
Most Head Exosuits worn by other Kur lacked the stick arms and metal piece attachment though more than one is seen possessing them. Considering that the Advance Unit was already formed during the invasion of Sumer, it's likely that the Head Exosuit Kur was the one defending the Big Mama inside the forest while she was being fed the captured Sumerian soldiers to produce exosuits.

The Head Exosuit Kur dying after being hit by Okarun during the ambush.
After the Advance Unit arrived on Earth in search of Bamora, the team commenced an attack on the Serpo and subsequently engaged Okarun, Aira, Jiji, and Momo. Okarun immediately damages the Head Exosuit, causing it to burn and fall to the ground. Takakura gets defeated and his ball gets stolen, but he's saved by Mantisian who brings him and the injured Head Exosuit Kur back to the Ayase Residence. When Momo returns to the house, she discovers the corpse of the alien and rushes to his exosuit, shocked to find a ball identical to Bamora's which she uses to power the Kaiju. This, and seeing Okarun who's barely alive, leads Momo to accuse Bamora of being an octopus spy and threatens her to never come back.
During the invasion of Sumer he's seen guarding the Big Mama in the forest while she was being fed the captured Sumerian soldiers to produce exosuits.
