WARNING! |
The Hokkaido Yokai refers to the yokai that Seiko and Turbo Granny once fought against during their work trip in Hokkaido.
In Dandadan, it served as a minor antagonist during the Space Globalists Arc.
Appearance[]
The yokai had a dark dome-shaped head with glowing eyes. Its body was composed of the dark mist it emitted to harm its enemies while attached to layers of metal, giving the appearance of armor, and had a large core at the center. It had two unique symbols: one on its head and another on the groin metal plating.
Personality[]
The yokai was hostile yet silent while fighting against Seiko.
Synopsis[]
Space Globalists Arc[]
The yokai battled against Seiko and Turbo Granny as they attempted to exorcise it from an old woman's home. While fighting Seiko using its dark mist, the spirit medium tries to have Turbo Granny contact Momo over the phone, wanting to inform her of their workload, and finds herself conversing with Okarun in an astral projection body. The yokai is soon defeated after Seiko triggers her charm nails, resulting in it exploding.[1]
Abilities and Powers[]
Physical Prowess[]
Immense Durability: The metal plating of the yokai indicates a certain degree of durability. Notably, it withstood a strike from Seiko's bat, which she wields with enough force to cause considerable harm.

The effects of the mist are unknown, however, Seiko's instinct to steer clear of it indicates that it is likely hazardous in some capacity. It also appears to be controllable remotely, making it way more versatile. |
