He is a priest of a shrine at Kamigoe City who gave residency to Manjiro and Okarun for the latter's ki training.

Appearance[]

He is a large man with closed eyes, wears glasses, has his hair tied into a ponytail and has a small broom mustache. As a priest he wears the traditional attire; a white robe and a hakama.

Personality[]

He seems to be good natured, having offered to have Manjiro reside in his shrine for free.

At some point, the priest gave Manjiro permission to reside in his shrine for free while he was staying in Kamigoe City. Later, he gave his thanks to Manjiro for having Okarun clean the shrine as part of his ki training.[1]
