History[]

Kintama Hunt Saga[]

Onbusuman Arc[]

Rin Sawaki, upon finding Okarun's golden kintama, decided to deposit it in the police box so that the owner could retrieve it. Unbeknownst to her, the ball was claimed by Unji Zuma, a student at Renjaku High and also a power user, accompanied by Sanjome who utilized his brainwashing ability to get the trust of the police officers and easily obtain the item. When Rin informed Okarun, the two visited the police box and discovered in fact that it had been collected, although the boy suspected that the officer Vega was lying since you would need to prove that it was yours, which even Okarun didn't know how to. The duo decided that they would return with Momo and confirm if it was still in the police box thanks to her aura detection, but this was postponed when Rin was crushed by an Onbusuman.

Danmara Arc[]

Now with the Onbusuman taken down, Momo and Okarun visited the police box the following day and she indeed confirmed that it had been retrieved as she only noticed strange floating orb artifacts around the area. They returned home and bribed Turbo Granny to act as lost property so she could find the data of whoever collected the ball. Now back at the police box, the officer Vega pulled a sheet out and asked them to fill their details while he asked them where they found it, in which arcade of the three in the shopping strip, and why they couldn't just give it back there. Vega eventually got suspicious of their lies since he never saw a maneki-neko in the claw machines and he recognized Okarun from before, so he begun inspecting Turbo Granny in fear that they had placed a camera in her. Seeing this, Momo rapidly used her powers to drop something in the back of the police box, distracting Vega enough for the two to fill the document and leave. Before they could, Vega gave them a document to carry with them and inquired if they wanted a reward, which they declined.

Having just dodged this close call, the two put faith in Turbo Granny, who snuck around the deposit filled with umbrellas and made her way to the computer, who required an username and a password to access. Because of her detachment from modern technology, she waltzed out empty handed, disappointing Momo and Okarun. They then realized that due to her escape, an object was now missing in the deposit and they had to replace it to avoid further suspicion. They visited a nearby convenience store to buy a cat doll when they unexpectedly bumped into Rokuro Serpo. They were able to recruit them and came back to the police box with Rokuro now disguised as a cop with his nanoskin. He entered, put back the missing item and decrypted the missing username and password, thus accessing the database. While he did this, Vega returned with his bike and the two outside resorted to put up a fight to buy enough time for Rokuro to finish, although Vega paid little attention to them.

The plan failed and Vega bumped into Rokuro as he was leaving, the latter unexpectedly throwing a punch at him and calling him a thief, flabbergasting Okarun and Momo. Vega did not stumble and fought back, affirming that picking a fight with him was a bad move. The two continued until Rokuro claimed that his name was Tanaka, who came from the exit station to check the lost property file there and lied about having called while Vega was out on patrol. Rokuro also admitted that when he bumped into Vega "the Demon", he couldn't stop himself from confronting him. To confirm what he had just said, Vega picked up his phone and apparently contacted the other police box, but unbeknownst to him, Rokuro made a wire of nanoskin on the ground and connected to the cellular, faking a conversation. Vega fell for this and excused himself, also proposing to meet at the station dojo if he was looking for a match with him. Rokuro later met with the two and informed them that Unji Zuma was the person who collected the kintama.
