It resembles a gun with a plunger inserted into the firing chamber.
Overview[]
By pointing it and shooting at the desired body part of a target, the plunger extracts the organ without causing any sort of damage and it can be retrieved by opening a compartment near the trigger. It can also pass through clothes.

The Kur Advance Unit got their hands on the apparatus after invading a base of the Serpo on Earth.
After the Hastur and his small team managed to defeat Okarun, Ta Kowasa held his unconscious body still while the Jet Booster Exosuit Kur handled the device, wondering if it was the right way to use it. The Kintama was succesfully stolen, but as they walked to the dimensional gate, Mr. Mantis Shrimp jumped in and rescued Okarun. They left Okarun behind, but they kept the Kintama.
