Momo Ayase, Okarun and Aira Shiratori vs. Serpos and Dover Demon is a battle that took place in Empty Space generated inside Kami High. The three Serpos attempt again to obtain Okarun's testicles, this time accompanied by their UMA gig worker Dover Demon. Before they can however, they discover that Aira Shiratori is now a power user too thanks to Acrobatic Silky's aura. Momo later arrives and helps her friends to take on the aliens.

Earlier that day, Momo proposes to have lunch together with Okarun, but the boy declines multiple times so he can go training behind the school instead, wanting to get stronger in secret to surprise her. While he works out, Aira appears behind him and confesses her feelings to him, forcing herself onto him due to her inexperience with love. Momo spots Okarun laying on top of her, so she rightfully scolds him and ignores him for the rest of the day, returning to Miko and Kei in science class where they study the anatomy of the mantis shrimp.
Just then, Empty Space is mysteriously generated and a small layer of water starts building up throughout the building. Momo tries to leave her class, but she feels the presence of Nessie who emits a powerful water blast that cuts all the classrooms in half. The monster leaves and Momo gets out of her hiding spot to reunite with Okarun. Meanwhile, the boy and also Aira were transported in Empty Space, the latter claiming that it was a trap orchestrated by him and Momo to attack her. Okarun tells the girl that he already was put in that situation because of an alien who was looking to collect his reproductive organs. In that moment, an eerie human-sized mantis shrimp appears in front of them.

As the alien shrimp sings about a certain Chiquitita, he dives forward and throws a vicious uppercut, forcing Okarun to transform and carry Aira away from danger. Okarun with his new personality however doesn't view himself as the type to save girls so he just orders her to get to safety as she scolds him for talking to her in such an informal way. Suddenly, the space around Okarun starts to warp and he instantly feels an incredible amount of pressure, bringing him out of his yokai form while the Serpos reveal themselves and surround the boy on the ground. Aira extracts her cross to save him but Okarun shouts at her to run because they target women, though this time they just repel her back with their serpogrammetry, thinking that she entered Empty Space by mistake since the device only teleports individuals with high spirituality. The aliens then inform Okarun that they desire his genitals because he has surpassed their technology with the marvelous abiltiies he possesses, which they plan to transplant into their bodies. He desperately informs them that they are not his powers but rather the result of a curse, although they don't understand what that implies. Okarun's clothes are stripped and he levitates while a Serpo extracts a giant scissor device from his groin to proceed with the operation. Suddenly, two of the Serpos are violently hurled back and temporarely incapacitated by Aira, spinning around and delivering flying kicks in her new Acrobatic Silky form.

After covering her face due to Okarun being naked, she faces the aliens who finally understand why she was able to enter Empty Space too. Okarun runs into a room to find some clothes as the mantis shrimp charges at Aira, who leaps over his strikes but she's immediately blocked by the last Serpo's psychokinesis, along with the gig worker. He unleashes a barrage of punches at close range yet Aira is still able to evade them, with his final punch breaking the entire classroom wall and launching Okarun away. The Serpo again activates his serpogrammetry so Aira decides to target him although the Dover Demon gets in her way with another jab, prompting her to ask if he has fallen for her. He negates this yet Aira informs him that her heart is already destined for someone else and she blasts him upwards with a kick, causing him to get stuck in the ceiling. As she slings her way to the lone Serpo, he moves his arms towards the wall, generating enough pressure to crush her on the wall and blocking her from moving. He asks if she was surprised by him being able to use his ability despite not shouting serpogrammetry and remarks that with her now in their collection, they'll be able to progress with their species' evolution.

The Dover Demon recovers along with the two other Serpos, removing their costumes to show their true forms, declaring that they will obtain her organs too. Aira shouts that she has been chosen by the heavens and she will not be defeated by them just as the mantis shrimp lands a devastating punch to her stomach, with its shockwave causing the wall behind her to collapse. Before they can harm her any further, Okarun jumps in, still naked, transforming with Turbo Granny's powers. The Serpos are amused because with the three of them, they can summon the Amazing Zone, squeezing the duo on the pavement and suppressing their yokai abilities. They explain that they can achieve this by combining their psychokinetic powers and there's no chance for them to stand up while inside, with the only downside being that they cannot enter it and thus the Dover Demon will beat them to a pulp until they pass out. The shrimp repeatedly pummels Okarun's head when out of nowhere, Okarun reactivates his spiritual powers and throws himself into the alien at an incredible speed. The Serpos are confused on how he did it but quickly realize that it's their pyschokinesis being repelled, with Momo Ayase entering the battle and mocking Okarun for presumably flirting with Aira.

The aliens are frustrated due to Nessie not doing his job of keeping Momo away until they retrieved the organs, so while Momo repels her psychokinesis, Okarun and Aira dash towards them. However, when Aira declares that she will be the one fighting with Ken Takakura, Momo falls back in embarassment and allows the Serpos to activate the Amazing Zone and force the Dover Demon to work. Noticing that he can't fight anymore, one activates a device on his groin and sticks it in the shrimp's head, changing his form and asking the humans if they can fight for 24 hours. Now, his punches release pressure waves that still deal significant damage and he begins throwing jabs at a distance, although Momo again deactivates the Amazing Zone for Okarun and Aira to counterattack. Aira lunges at him when she receives a sudden powerful uppercut into the ceiling, since his punching speed is so high it's basically impossible to see. Before he can follow up, Okarun saves her, informing them that with Turbo Granny's powers he has no problems seeing his moves. He evades the shrimp's attack and moves Aira in a position to land a strike with her foot. The two synergize and they skillfully dodge and follow up attacks, overwhelming the shrimp, although Momo suggests to not fight that close together as they are an easier target. Okarun accepts the advice and admits that he's an awkward fellow, referencing Ken Takakura again which makes her turn off her abilities momentarily. As Aira scolds Momo for being unable to keep up her power, the Serpos resume the Amazing Zone and threaten to cut off the Dover Demon's pay for his poor performance. Their fight is then abruptly interrupted by Nessie, who turns the entire school into water and approaches the group.

Although Okarun at first is amazed to see a real Nessie in front of him, the creature unexpectedly cuts one of the Serpos in half with her laser beam because he threatened to cut her pay since she did not keep Momo away like they had estabilished. The humans swim away in fear but Aira is caught by the Dover Demon's pressure punch, catapulting her into the ceiling and making her pass out. He points out that his punching strength in water is tenfold the ones on land, yet he awkwardly swims up to breathe, revealing he doesn't have gills. Okarun activates his powers but discovers that Turbo Granny cannot swim, so they are forced to stay at a distance while Aira drowns. They ultimately will be able to rescue her and regroup while the Dover Demon and the last surviving Serpo merge along with Nessie to form the Serpo Dover Demon Nessie.
