Momo Ayase, Rokuro Serpo and Bamora vs. Hastur, Jet Booster Exosuit Kur and Ta Koshin Jo is a battle that took place in Empty Space opened over the city of Tokyo. Using Okarun's kintama, the Kur accelerated the warping of their main fleet for the ongoing Kur Invasion. Momo and Rokuro raced to deactivate the warping device but Ta Koshin Jo and Jet Booster Exosuit Kur blocked their path. Surprisingly Bamora arrived on the scene to help them, but so did the fearsome leader of the Kur Advance Unit Hastur.
Prologue[]
Following the multiple ambushes on the Family that injured every single member and hospitalized Okarun, Momo exiles Bamora from their house, believing her to be a spy who gave away their positions to the Kur. Based on Rokuro's statement that the Kur would launch a full-scale invasion of Earth in five days, Momo, Aira, Jiji and Mr. Mantis Shrimp relocate to the basement of the collapsed Nagi Hospital, a previous base of the Serpo. Inside, they train by replicating the aliens they faced as holograms through Combat-Use Simulators to learn their attack patterns. The day of the invasion, they drive inside the Ayase residence transformed into a car by the nanoskin, leaving Okarun behind so he could recover.

While they travel, Momo hands out a tiny device to everybody which allowed them to communicate telephatically, ignoring the loud noises of the battlefield and also featuring a map and their allies' and enemies' positions. They later enter Empty Space, opened by the Kur Advance Unit so their species' UFOs could infiltrate Earth without being noticed. The house is then suddenly blown up by Takonoka Ru Patcho and his allies, ready to eliminate them. As Momo pushes Rokuro around on a cart, she quickly realizes how tough their adversaries are and opts to help her friends. However, everybody orders her to rush to deactivate the gate, since it had opened sooner than expected and if the main fleet arrived, millions of aliens like the ones they are struggling to take down would be unstoppable. She listens to their advice and enters Shiba Park along with Rokuro, searching for the warp apparatus powered by Okarun's Kintama. Just then, Ta Koshin Jo slides down a hill, blocking their path and charging up his artillery.

Because of the damage to his suit dealt by Okarun in their last ambush, the missile launchers are replaced by three gatling guns, two on his right and one on his left. He immediately opens fire and the duo is sent flying back by the explosions, although Momo shields themselves with her psychokinesis and accuses the enemy of cheating. Out of nowhere, the Jet Booster Exosuit Kur jumps in and lands a rising kick towards her, launching her skyward while still keeping Rokuro protected. The alien boosts after her and unleashes a rush of hooks and kicks, overwhelming the girl who focuses exclusively on defense to block the deadly hits. Jet Booster Exosuit Kur throws a last downwards kick, plummeting the duo onto the dirt and giving her ally a free shot, which he doesn't waste and releases a storm of projectiles as she flies away. The smoke clears and Momo is surprised to see Rokuro projecting a barrier around them, blocking the incoming bullets. He requests to act as her shield because that's all he can do in his condition and begs her to defeat their attackers like she did in their previous battle together. Seeing this, Ta Koshin Jo unloads the magazines again and a projectile unexpectedly passes through Rokuro's psychokinesis, the sheer impact blowing off a tiny part of his head. Momo gets worried and activates her power to reinforce the shield but Rokuro declines her help since he's already severely damaged and she's the only one who can take them down quickly enough, otherwise they will be shredded by the bullets.

Still, Momo's Moe Moe Tri-Beam wouldn't reach Ta Koshin Jo from that distance and unleashing it would drain her ki, thus shutting down her powers, which isn't ideal considering that Jet Booster Exosuit Kur is still active. Rokuro receives two major blows to the hip, pushing him backwards and forcing Momo to keep up the shield on her own, begging the Serpo to recover as she cannot keep it up on her own. Without warning, Bamora zooms in with her giant kaiju and lands a powerful hook on Ta Koshin Jo's gatling gun and at the same time she almost crushes Jet Booster Exosuit Kur, prompting her to leap out of the way with her boosters. Ta Koshin Jo switches target and focuses on Bamora, although she predicts this and turns her suit invisible to advance in the bullet storm without being noticed. She gets close enough to cut the upper right gatling gun with her tail and she deals the fatal blow by punching right through Ta Koshin Jo, causing the suit's core to explode and killing the Kur inside. Jet Booster Exosuit Kur is seemingly cornered when suddenly the leader Hastur exits through a teleportation gate, handing her a device to handle Bamora. She rushes over and activates it, electrocuting Bamora and deactivating her invisibility. Before she can escape its range, the joints of the device detach and spiral around the kaiju, releasing an electric thread that wraps around the girl and holds her captive. The pegs dive into the ground and lock her down, allowing Hastur to approach her and force his hand inside the exosuit's mouth, extracting Bamora and declaring that her suit is rightfully his.

Momo is confused, wondering why he's attacking her if they are on the same side. Bamora thanks Momo while shedding tears of joy as she's shockingly pierced by Hastur's tail in her stomach, a lethal wound. He then launches her away like trash, prompting Momo to catch her with her psychokinesis and check her injury, asking why she tried to rescue her even though they are supposed to be enemies. The Jet Booster Exosuit Kur continues her assault and leaps to punch Momo but thankfully Rokuro regains consciousness, parrying her attack with his powers. He declares that he's her shield and tells her to quickly defeat the alien as she repeatedly kicks the barrier, yet Momo focuses on closing Bamora's wound with her power. She shouts at the girl not to die on her, promising that next time she will listen properly before jumping to conclusions and getting angry. In tears, her powers come in contact with Bamora's aura, accessing her memories and her tragic past on Sumer, which gets broadcasted on the miniature communicator all her allies have, including Okarun. It lasts a mere instant, but it's enough to send Momo in tears and gain the necessary strength to keep fighting. Still, Jet Booster Exosuit Kur continues pummeling the shield with kicks and punches powered by her exosuit, weakening it to such a state that Rokuro has to warn Momo. She keeps concentrating on patching up Bamora's injury so Rokuro is forced to intervene by pulling out a menacing sharp device from his groin, claiming that they can't waste no more time. She tries to stop him but he manages to stab Bamora in the neck, enraging Momo who tries to block the blood from leaving her body and curses Rokuro, wanting to kill him.

As he repeats to focus on the enemies in front of them, Bamora incredibly recovers from her injuries and the hole in her belly is closed, surprising Momo. Rokuro reveals that she planned to use it on Momo before his arm starts twitching, and as he asks Momo to erase their stolen data by completely destroying the enemies' exosuits, he passes away and the shield collapses. Momo is instantly kicked away by the Jet Booster Exosuit Kur and she holds up Bamora by the neck, remarking how lucky she must be to be still alive. Hastur agrees, stating that finding planets filled inhabited by organisms is a matter of utmost importance and Bamora incredibly led them to one, so he suggests to swap the head of his exosuit with hers to bring them good luck. Momo amazingly lifts and launches a full tree at a massive speed towards the Jet Booster Exosuit Kur, freeing Bamora. Momo approaches her and hugs her, apologizing for treating her so badly and telling her that her mother Banga is probably still alive. She reassures her that she'll take care of the rest and the two shift their eyes on Rokuro's body, leading Momo to promise to fulfill his final wish because ultimately she hated Serpo in general, but not him. Hastur and his subordinate walk closer, exclaiming that he wants to turn Momo's body into a new powerful exosuit. Momo responds by wishing to turn him into takoyaki and eat him, challenging the aliens to charge at her. She then orders Bamora to stand behind her, feeling her powers overflow while she lifts the surrounding plants and debris in the air without needing her psychokinetic arm extensions, her ability essentially going berserk.

She initiates by swinging forward her body, flinging the massive pile of debris in the Hastur's direction, which cannot reach him due to the carved space acting as a barrier. Jet Booster Exosuit Kur leaps over the batch to reach the girls' side and she boosts forward to retaliate. Momo reacts quickly and moves the terrain under the alien, enveloping her in a ball of dirt which she then launches to the side to focus on the leader. Hastur showcases his power by sending a thick slash through the mass of concrete in front of him, which erases everything, including the space it occupies which leads the upper half to collapse into the lower. He sends another barrage of slashes until the pile eventually disappears and the back of his exosuit opens up, allowing him to discharge the captured material towards Momo, effectively throwing back the original attack. Momo is frightened and steps in front of Bamora to defend her, covering the two of them with her powers before the pile crashes onto them, sending them rolling into the ground. Now exposed, Hastur sends more slashes forward that carve the space between them, transporting the duo right in front of him. He swings his palms forward to crush them with his ability but Momo parries it with her psychokinesis, unleashing a Moe Moe Tri-Beam at point blank. Incredibly, Hastur manages to lower the output of the attack significantly, only making him stumble back a few meters, although the girls are catapulted backwards. The two adversaries recover, both surprised that the other managed to repel their attacks with Hastur admitting that he never met anyone like her before. At the same time, the Jet Booster Exosuit Kur breaks free from the dirt sphere with a devastating punch, walking out of the crater towards the duo. Ultimately, Momo and Bamora have lost since the two aliens are suddenly reached by countless members of the Kur's army, turning an already difficult battle into an impossible one.

Momo is aware that she will lose, but she still stands up to defend Bamora, taking on the army. Though upon throwing balls of concrete forward she's struck by an alien's gigantic cylinder arm, sending her skyward. She crases into a pole and before she can even land, another Kur dives onto her, launching her in the Kur's direction. She's then electrocuted and driven into the ground by four large metal beams, all the while Bamora is taken hostage by a large Kur with its tentacles. Momo tries to activate her powers but she's grabbed by the neck by one of the Kur and she begins losing consciouness. Unexpectedly, Okarun bursts out from a transmission cable, exiting at a devastating speed similar to lightning that shreds any Kur he comes in contact with, saving Momo. Okarun continues his assault by making use of the power lines and crashing into more and more aliens, shocking Hastur. The boy then catches the girl in the air, thanking her for cooking that delicious curry. Eventually, everybody else arrives to help, including the Evil Eye, and they prepare to take on the Kur together.
