Momo Ayase and Bamora vs. Reptilian was a battle between Family members Momo Ayase and Bamora against the Space Ninja, Reptilian. It took place inside the alien's castle body posing as a fake Matsue Castle in Shimane.
Prologue
After the Serpo's failed attempt to intercept Momo, Seiko, Jiji, Bamora, Unji, Daiki, and Raiya's en route to Shimane, a plan that involved deploying a Typhoon Human, Enenra reached out to the alien faction, seeking their cooperation in anticipation of the group's arrival at Izumo Taisha to retrieve the Uchide-no-Kozuchi and use it to lift Momo's curse. Teaming up with their contracted operative, Reptilian, Enenra orchestrated a trap, instructing the Space Ninja to use his camouflage abilities to mimic Matsue Castle, while he posed as a Izumo Taisha priest and lure the group into the fabricated stronghold, under the false pretense that the Uchide-no-Kozuchi had been stolen by a Phantom Ninja Thief, where they could ambush and coerce them into surrendering their powers.

Upon the group's arrival, Seiko falls for Enenra's trick and hastily takes a taxi to Matsue Castle with Momo, Jiji, Bamora, the Evil Eye, and the pseudo-priest, leaving Unji, Daiki, and Raiya behind at the shrine. There, they find themselves encircled by a group of ninjas, with the pseudo-priest being held captive by one of them. After the ninja demands their surrender in exchange for their freedom, Seiko realizes Enenra's deception, instructs Momo and Bamora to return to Izumo Taisha quickly to lift Momo's curse, and urges the pseudo-priest to disclose his true identity.
Revealed, Enenra sheds his smoke-based disguise and changes into new attire. Seiko reprimands herself for not recognizing the trick sooner, clarifying to Momo and Bamora that the hammer remains secure, and that the imposter had been leading them into a trap to steal their abilities. Reptilian appears beside Enenra, questioning their next steps and suggesting they might eliminate the group and hand them over to the Serpo. Enenra concedes that such a straightforward tactic is too perilous, which is why the elaborate deception was necessary, and inquiries about Reptilian's plan to rectify their failure, only to be reprimanded for shifting blame.

After Seiko directs Bamora to flee to the taxi outside, Momo objects abandoning her to confront their enemies alone. Nevertheless, Seiko is adamant, as this is their sole opportunity to break her granddaughter's curse. Seiko engages in combat, defending against the ninjas to create a clear route. Refusing to let them escape, Reptilian manipulates the wooden planks to obstruct the exit and opens the floor beneath Bamora, causing her to drop to the lower level. Momo reacts immediately, using her abilities to catch Bamora, but ultimately falls with her and becomes trapped.
Battle
While concealed by his camouflage ability, Reptilian dispatches his ninjas to pursue Momo and Bamora, forcing the two to evade their attackers through the corridors of the castle. While trying to avoid the ninjas, Momo hears a loud crash echoing from above where Seiko remains alone with Enenra, causing her to become concern for her grandmother’s safety. Bamora hears Momo voice coming from the top of her kaiju suit’s head and, due to the latter's curse erasing her memories of her, perceives her as a tiny fairy.

Later, around Jiji's and the Evil Eye's fight against Enenra, after the yokai defeated Seiko, Bamora becomes able to see Momo using her kaiju suit's HUD and receives her help in fighting against the ninjas. Using her kaiju suit's invisibility, Bamora launches surprise attacks on each ninja trying to find her. This comes as a shock to Reptilian, as he discovers that he is facing an enemy who is able to conceal herself better than him. In light of this, he remains confident that even though they too are concealed they will be unable to find him either. However, he is taken aback when Momo manages to point out his location to Bamora, having used her aura detection ability, and receives a strong punch from the kaiju suit wearing girl that knocks him out cold.
Aftermath
After Momo expresses her relief to know that Bamora is able to see her now with her kaiju suit, the two quickly make their escape out of the castle and try to make it back to the shrine on time. At the taxi, they encounter Jiji carrying an unconscious and severely injured Seiko, which causes Momo great panic and concern upon seeing her grandmother such shape. Jiji informs them that mainly Seiko's ribs have received the most damage and is using his ki to help ease the pain, though admits that he isn't sure what is happening internally. Hearing Momo's voice as she expresses her worries for her, Seiko musters up the strength to urge everyone to make it back to the shrine before time runs out.

The group then feel the tremor of an earthquake and hearing the voice of Reptilian coming from the castle. The Space Ninja expresses his frustration previously being outclassed as a ninja by Momo and Bamora and assumes his true form, revealing himself to be the Matsue Castle all along. He then prepares to confront his enemies again to regain his pride. Viewing Seiko's treatment as being more important than her being cured, Momo requests for Jiji to take Seiko to the hospital while she and Bamora remain behind to fight the alien. Before splitting up, Momo apologizes to Seiko for everything that has happened and hopes that they could talk again if she still remembers her.
