The Power of Words (言霊, Kotodama^?) is a phenomenon where spoken words, fueled by conviction, reshape reality itself — turning the impossible into the possible.

Overview[]

The primary function of the Power of Words' reality-shifting phenomenon is to amplify the strength of a user's attacks, whether enhancing raw physical force or fusing with another ability to create devastating techniques. While skeptics may regard it as an irrational notion, its application has been demonstrated by a select few to greatly exceed what one can achieve independently. Momo, for instance, was only able to repel a group of Serpo without inflicting damage to them after figuring out how to project her psychic energy through her hands as a blast attack. However, once she invoked the Power of Words, her attack became powerful enough to obliterate exosuits. Similarly, Jiji harnessed the Power of Words to transform his palm wave from a mere knockback technique into a devastating energy blast.

Six Sense Organ (六根, Rokkon^?): A technique name used by the Serpo for when they extend their hands forward and project a psychic force at a target as an attack.

Serpoian Form Serpo-Grammetry (セルポ式測量法, Serupo-shiki Sokuryō Hō^?): A technique name used by the Serpo for when they project a stronger psychic force at a target by making a T-shape with their hands.

Amazing Zone (すごいゾーン, Sugoi Zōn^?): A technique name used by the Serpo when at least three of them use Serpoian Form Serpo-Grammetry to subdue their targets with an immense pressure of their psychokinesis.

Mr. Mantis Shrimp[]

Jet Punch (ジェットパンチ, Jetto Panchi^?): A technique name used by Mr. Mantis Shrimp for when he puts all his strength into throwing a powerful punch that sends his opponent crashing back.

Salary Uppercut (たいぐアパカツ, Taigu Apakatsu^?): A technique name used by Mr. Mantis Shrimp, in his Dover Demon Strong Style Twenty-Four, for when he delivers a swift and strong uppercut that sends his opponent upwards.

Jennifer Lopez Anaconda (ジェニファロペス, Jenifāropesu Anakonda^?): A technique name used by Naki for when she delivers a double punch to her opponent that is strong enough to send them crash back.

Kinta Sakata[]

Hot Wind Straight Fist Punch (熱風正拳突, Neppū Seikentsuki^?): A technique name used by Kinta for when he controls the Great Kinta to throw a straight punch at his opponent as the mecha is pulled in.

Hyper Gora Slasher (ハイパー強羅斬り, Haipā Gōra Kiri^?): A technique name used by Kinta for when he controls the Great Kinta to bring down a straight chop to his opponent.

Daedalus Acha (ダイダロスアチャ, Daidarosu Acha^?): A technique name used by Kinta for when he controls the Great Kinta to bring down a straight chop to his opponent.

Rocket Punch (ロケットパーンチ, Roketto Pānchi^?): A technique name used by Kinta for when he controls the Great Kinta's left arm to throw its detached right arm at his opponent as a projectile.

Super Electrowave Tornado (超電波竜巻, Chō Denpa Tatsumaki^?): A technique name used by Kinta for when he controls the Great Kinta to grab his opponent and spin them around rapidly until he lets go to send them crashing back a great distance.

Super Electrowave Spin (超電波スピン, Chō Denpa Supin^?): A technique name used by Kinta for when he controls the Great Kinta to perform a spinning divebomb onto his opponent while they are down.

Seiko Ayase[]

Nessie (ネッシー, Nesshī^?): With the belief that Nessie is the strongest creature in the world, according to Momo, Seiko yells its name with conviction to amplify the swinging power of her signature bat or any slender blunt object she is wielding, allowing her to deliver a powerful blow to her target.

Manjiro[]

Daisetsuzan Mountains Drop (大雪山落としい, Taisetsuzan otoshī^?): A technique name used by Manjiro when dropping down and kicking with extreme force the legs of the enemy, causing them to lose their footing.

Momo Ayase[]

Moe Moe Tri-Beam (モエモエ気功砲, Moe Moe Kikōhō^?): A technique name that comes from the omajinai of the Moe Moe Kikoho cafe. After forming a heart-shape with her hands, Momo shouts out "Moe Moe Tri-Beam!" before firing off a psychic energy blast that inflicts great damage to her opponent.

Jiji[]

Evil Gun (邪銃, Jagan^?): A technique name partially inspired by the name of the Evil Eye. After cupping his hands to perform his Ha Wave, Jiji utters the words "Evil Gun" at the same time he thrusts them, resulting in a powerful beam of energy being shot out.

Aira Shiratori[]

Pirouette Noble Drill (ピルエットおドリル, Piruetto O-Doriru^?): A technique name used by Aira when she uses her Acrobatic Silky hair to form drills around her legs or her entire body to pierce straight through her opponents.

Kashimoto[]

Aphoom-Zhah (鳳アフ凰ーム丸ザー, Afūmuzā^?): A technique name used by Kashimoto for when he throws a punch with his Ice Flames.

Okarun[]

Pile Bunkers (パイルバンカー, Pairu Bankā^?): A shout used by Okarun that refers to his usage of the pile bunkers of the nanoskin armor equipped to him by Kinta.

Enenra[]

Marlbo Ro (円まる牡ぼ魯ろ, Maruboro^?): Enenra delivers a strong uppercut to his opponent's abdomen. This was first used against the Evil Eye. The name of the technique is most likely a reference to the American brand cigarettes Marlboro.
Red Marl (閱あ伽か円まる, Aka Maru^?): Enenra performs a low kick to sweep his opponent off their feet. This was first used against the Evil Eye. The name of the technique is most likely a reference to one of the variants of Marlboro cigarettes known as Marlboro Red.
Marl Menth (円まる目め羅ら, Maru Mera^?): Enenra delivers an upward kick to his opponent to have them in the air. This was first used against the Evil Eye. The name of the technique is most likely a reference to one of the variants of Marlboro cigarettes known as Marlboro Menthol.
Marl Gold (円まる金きん, Maru Kin^?): Enenra delivers a downward kick to his opponent's neck and strikes directed to their groin. This was first used against the Evil Eye. The name of the technique is most likely a reference to one of the variants of Marlboro cigarettes known as Marlboro Gold.
Gold Burst (キン爆バー破スト, Kin Bāsuto^?): Enenra performs a barrage of punches directed towards his opponent's groin and finishes off with a kick that sends them flying back. This was first used against the Evil Eye. The name of the technique is most likely a reference to Marlboro Burst, crushable flavor capsules of Marlboro cigarettes.

Bamora[]

Hot Wind Straight Fist Punch (熱風正拳突, Neppū Seikentsuki^?): A technique name used by Bamora who was invented by Kinta. It consists of throwing a straight punch to the opponent while getting up close as she pilots her exosuit.

Trivia[]

While the Power of Words was first addressed and demonstrated by Seiko in a flashback, it was shown being utilized much earlier in the series by the Serpo using their psychic attacks against Turbo Granny possessing Okarun.
