WARNING! |
Queen (
Appearance[]
Queen's full appearance.
Queen is a woman with shoulder-length black hair, with a bang that covers the right side of her face, blue eyes, and a beauty mark located under the left side of her mouth. She also wears lipstick and an earring on her left ear. As for her attire, she wears a nurse's cap, a single buttoned-up collar, a loose lab coat that exposes her shoulders, her school I.D. around her neck, and white thigh-high boots (black in the anime).
Personality[]
Queen has a very strict attitude when it comes to the students at Kami High. She possesses zero tolerance for any acts of bullying from any student, viewing those who do as cowards, and is not above reprimanding them physically to address such behavior. Additionally, what she despises most of all are delinquent students who try to play the victim card, which results in her losing her temper. Despite this, Queen has proven herself to be a rational individual, assessing the sensibility of each side of the story before passing judgement, and is empathetic, attentively listening to her students' concerns, whether they relate to insecurities, anxieties, or even spiritual matters. She also has a tendency addressing people as "baldie".
Synopsis[]
Kintama Hunt Saga[]
Serpo Arc[]
After Momo, Okarun, and Aira are seen in their underwear by the other students out in the halls earlier, Queen questions them about the incident on whether this was an act of bullying. She then receives a message from a colleague, who she berates for not knocking first before entering, about a phone call for her in the staff room and leaves the three students alone to answer.
Current Saga[]
Kozuka Knives Arc[]
Queen reprimands Koki for her misdeeds.
After being sent to Empty Space, Queen observes from outside her office as Koki is pursued by Kinta on his nanoskin hoverboard. She intervenes with her baton, striking him down under the impression that he, Jiji, and Bamora are bullying her.[1] Queen takes Koki's word in that the members of the History and Culture Research Club assaulted her together and demands for the culprit who hurt her to present themselves. Jiji and Bamora counters Koki's claim, telling Queen that Koki was the one who assaulted Momo. While Koki denies these allegations, Queen examines her injuries and highlights the inconsistencies between her current explanation and her earlier assertion of not knowing Jiji and being outnumbered, despite having the support of the pygmies she is clearly able to see, which surprises Momo as she believed only herself and Koki could. Queen explains to Koki that through her student's consulting with her on spiritualism she has come to see spirits and promises not to judge her until she confesses the truth. Touched by Queen's words, Koki confesses to attacking Momo and offers an apology. Angry with her for pretending to be the victim, Queen becomes prompted to slap Koki and is held back by Jiji and Bamora from assaulting her any further.[2]
Later, Queen and the History and Culture Research Club listen to Koki's story about how she had been coerced by a teacher to steal Momo's power in order to keep social media account a secret.[3] She's reminded of a student who admitted he could see a tiny old man and she investigated its existence, finding out that the pygmies were originally people who were emarginated and driven off the surface. They quietly disappeared but their will to be known still remains strong, leading them to gather around a person who can see them and help them in any way they can. She points out how they apparently bring good luck and says that the student she mentioned is still looking for these little old men. Later, after Kinta installs a nanoskin hairpin on Koki to figure out who her blackmailer is, he points out that the only teachers she talked to that day were Queen, Adachi and Sanjome, all focusing on the latter due to his suspicious behavior.
Typhoon Human Arc[]
Following the battles held on the school grounds between the History and Culture Research Club and the henchmen of the Orchestrator, the police is called and Queen stands next to Koki as she informs them that Murakami threatened to spread naked pictures of her, who's currently handcuffed and being brought to the police station. Hearing this, Queen asks how she's feeling and reassures that she did the right thing, although Koki admits that it's all her fault since she was the one who posted those pictures in the first place to receive attention. While an injured Aira is placed inside an ambulance and hopes for Okarun to accompany her to the hospital, Queen intervenes and declares that she will take on the task, suggesting Okarun and Rin to return home. They agree and the ambulance departs while Aira shouts out for Okarun to come and visit her soon.
Shimane Arc[]
Aira reveals to Okarun that her injuries were healed by Queen on their way to the hospital. She tells him that despite having powers, she doesn't believe her to be an enemy as she's very kind and she even spent an hour throwing up in the bathroom for her sake, a collateral effect of her power, convincing Aira that she's on their side.
