Seiko Ayase vs. Enenra was a battle between the spirit medium, Seiko Ayase, and the smoke yokai, Enenra. It took place inside the castle body of Reptilian posing as a fake Matsue Castle in Shimane.
Prologue[]
Following the Serpo's failed attempt to stop Momo, Seiko, Jiji, Bamora, Unji, Daiki, and Raiya's flight to Shimane by sending in a Typhoon Human, Enenra made contact with the aliens, requesting assistance in preparation for the group's arrival at Izumo Taisha to retrieve the Uchide-no-Kozuchi and use it on Momo to lift her curse. After being partnered with their hired help, Reptilian, Enenra had the Space Ninja use his camouflage ability to become a replica of Matsue Castle while he masqueraded as a priest of the shrine, intending to lure the group into the fake castle where they could ambush them and force them to relinquish their powers by lying about the Uchide-no-Kozuchi being stolen by a Phantom Ninja Thief.

Upon the group's arrival, Seiko falls for Enenra's ploy and quickly rushes to Matsue Castle in a taxi with Momo, Jiji, Bamora, the Evil Eye and the pseudo-priest, while leaving Unji, Daiki, and Raiya behind at the shrine. There, the group find themselves surrounded by a squad of ninjas and the pseudo-priest being held hostage by one of them. After the ninja demands for their surrender in exchange for letting them go, Seiko catches onto Enenra's farce, tells Momo and Bamora to quickly make it back to Izumo Taisha to lift Momo's curse, and tells the pseudo-priest to reveal his true identity.
Exposed, Enenra dispels his smoke-made disguise and into new clothes. Seiko scolds herself for not seeing through the deception earlier, explaining to Momo and Bamora that the hammer is still safe, and the imposter had been leading them into a trap to steal their powers. Reptilian shows himself besides Enenra questioning their next move and suggests perhaps eliminating the group and handing them over to the Serpo. Enenra admits that such a direct approach was too risky, hence the elaborate ruse, and asks what Reptilian plans to do to salvage their failure, only to be scolded for deflecting blame.

Seiko instructs Bamora to find an opening and escape to the taxi outside. Momo protests, unwilling to leave Seiko to face them alone. However, Seiko insists, since this is their only chance to lift her granddaughter's curse. Seiko launches into battle, fending off the ninjas to clear a path. Unwilling to let her escape, Reptilian controls the wooden planks to block the exit and opens up the floor beneath Bamora's feet to have her fall to the lower level. Momo reacts instantly, using her powers to catch her, but ends up falling with her and trapped. While Reptilian and his ninjas face Momo and Bamora on the lower level, Seiko is left alone with Enenra, who bows to her as they prepare to engage in battle.
Battle[]

While standing and looking confused to see Enenra bowing before her, Seiko is left open for him to swift move in to land a powerful punch that sends her crashing back into a pillar. Seiko stops her momentum and notices Enenra missing. Enenra suddenly appears out of a puff of smoke within range of Seiko to bring down an axe kick towards her. Seiko manages to move herself out of the way of the kick on time and engages Enenra in close-quarters combat.

However, she becomes overwhelmed by Enenra's immense strength and catches onto his fighting style revolving around aiming for her vitals. Knowing this will make the trajectory of his strikes easy to read, Seiko dodges a punch aimed for her head and moves in to throw a double punch. However, she discovers that her opponent's body is made of smoke after her attack causes him to disperse. After reforming, Enenra counters with an uppercut to Seiko's chin, a double punch aimed towards her ribs, and lastly his technique Setta, incorporating Spiral Power by rotating the smoke behind his elbow, to send her crash through a pillar and towards the wall.
After Enenra commends Seiko for the way she handled herself against him, Seiko lets him know that she has uncover his identity, revealing his name and race. In response, Enenra places his foot on Seiko's ribs to apply pressure, causing her to cry in agony, and urges her to accept her defeat since he has determined that she has no way of winning against him. Seiko demands for Enenra to cease his warrior talk and calls his ability a sham. She then makes a desperate attempt to injure him with a kick aimed at his groin, only for it to pass through him and infuriate the smoke yokai after he retaliates with a kick of his own and calling her a "pig".

As she lies on the floor too badly injured to get back on her feet and continue fighting, Enenra summons himself on top of her ribs, causing Seiko to cry out in pain. Enenra remarks on how impressive Seiko's unwillingness to admit defeat despite the pain that she's in and applies more pressure to her ribs, curious to know if he can destroy her spirit by destroying enough of her body.
Aftermath[]
The Evil Eye saves Seiko from Enenra.
Before he could continue, Enenra's attention becomes directed towards the Evil Eye barging in with a defeated ninja in his hand while irritated having to be kept waiting in the taxi until the others finish their business. Seeing Seiko stood on top of by Enenra, the Evil Eye responds with laughter at the fact that a strong person like herself was defeated. Just as Enenra declares to the Evil Eye that he will be taking his power as well, the Evil Eye throws the ninja he was carrying towards Enenra to have him disperse into smoke and gain the chance to save Seiko. After he laughs at Enenra's statement, the Evil Eye takes off his jacket and places on Seiko before stepping forward to face Enenra as his next opponent.
