Seiko Ayase vs. Jiangshi and Minotaur is a battle that took place inside of Nikujiru Gyoza restaurant. Seiko Ayase, looking to break her grandaughter's curse, reaches out to Payase and Kashimoto but she's ambushed by an army of Jiangshi creatures before later facing off against a Minotaur, seeking to steal her powers through a kozuka knife.
Prologue[]
Payase and Kashimoto.
In an attempt to find information about a way to break Momo's curse, Seiko meets with two men: Payase, a collector of cursed objects, whose latest collection is a painting that ignites fires in his home, and his partner Kashimoto, who tends to irritate him. While requesting for Payase to hold onto the Fairy-Tale Card's cursed trunk, to which he gladly accepts, Seiko inquires to Kashimoto if he has any knowledge of how to turn a pygmy back to normal size, explaining that her granddaughter became shrunken after her release from the cursed trunk. Kashimoto informs Seiko that he does and that the solution is the Uchide-no-Kozuchi, a magical hammer in possession of the deity Daikokuten that was said to had turn Issun-boshi big after he swung it. He further explains that Daikokuten and the revered god Okuninushi are the same entity, and directs Seiko to the Izumo Taisha as her destination. Grateful for the information, Seiko prepares to leave, but when Kashimoto offers his assistance, he and his partner are abruptly kicked away by a Jiangshi among a group of similar creatures.
Battle[]
Seiko fighting the Jiangshi.
The battle starts off with Seiko parrying the Jiangshi creatures' attacks before hitting them with her kicks. She dodges a sneak attack from two Jiangshi creatures and throws a nearby cooler onto them. Another Jiangshi creature attempts to strike Seiko but she uses a chair to dodge them, grab a wooden plank that was close to her and then kick them in their head with one of her heels, followed by a knee strike, which knocks them out and makes them fall on the chair. She then sits on the knocked out Jiangshi and waits for a nearby creature to strike her, she dodges at the last second to make them fall on top of the knocked out Jiangshi and follows that up with a strike from the wooden plank she grabbed earlier and powered by the Power of Words. Seiko then reaches for her purse but it was grabbed by one of the Jiangshi creatures, so she kicked their face and quickly retrieves a disinfectant spray, which she used to sterilize them and then splash them with a teapot, causing an instant exorcism which disintegrated a big part of their flesh and made them collapse. While she continued to push back every single creature, the Minotaur finally arrives and jumps in like a cannonball, sending the Jiangshi and Seiko flying, the latter smashing a wooden pillar.
The Minotaur entering the battle.
The Minotaur uses a battle stance and recognizes Seiko as a master of movement, although she claimed that she was just a regular old broad. Just then, she launched her teapot at him but he swiftly kicks it away, all the while being bewildered by her words which only made him more ecstatic to clash with her. He tries to hit an axe kick on Seiko but she barely dodges it, counterattacking with a strong kick to his groin. Unexpectedly, the attack proved ineffective since the minotaur's body was incredibly hard. After Seiko acknowledges how hard his body is, the minotaur takes her comment as a compliment and thanks her. The Minotaur tries to throw a jab at Seiko, which she crouches under to avoid the attack, pick up a plank of wood from the floor and use it to attack him while using the Power of Words to increase its power, however the wood breaks under the stiffness of the Minotaur's iron body. He reveals that his body gets stronger the more he gets hit. Seiko soon realizes that she stands no chance against her opponent, but before she could think of a new strategy to beat him, the Minotaur began to smash the wooden floor by repeatedly hitting his knees, which causes her to lose her balance. Seeing this, the minotaur swept her legs and now that Seiko was defenseless in the air, he dropkicked her hard against the wall, forming a crater. She tried her best to protect herself but he quickly smashed her into the ground and began pummeling her with a barrage of punches, stating that if he struck her, she struck him or he struck himself, he would just get stronger. He then ends the fight by using his body to crush Seiko's body, ending the fight with a one-sided win from the Minotaur.
Aftermath[]
The Minotaur standing over a defeated Seiko.
After defeating Seiko, the Minotaur asks her to if he was strong and for her to admit defeat. He pulled one of the Kozuka Knives from his underwear, claiming that if she did what he told her to, he would atleast spare her life. Out of nowhere, Payase and Kashimoto both charged at the Minotaur and the Jiangshi army and knocked them away from Seiko.
