The Ta Koshin Jo (タ・コシン・ジョー?) was an exosuit that was wielded by a Kur until it was destroyed by Bamora.
Appearance[]
The Ta Koshin Jo was a superheavy weight exosuit, being in the form of a large mecha that was equipped with rocket launchers on its sides. After taking damage from Okarun, the suit's rocket launchers were replaced with gatling guns and a new pair of legs. In comparison to other exosuits, the Ta Koshin can be categorized as one of the largest and tallest, being about 4 meters in height.

The major strength of the heavy arsenal is that the wearer can attack their opponents from a long distance and overwhelm them with the rounds fired. However, these advantages can proof to be ineffective if the opponents are shielded or if the wearer is up against an opponent with incredible speed and reflexes, as shown by Okarun who was able to dodge every single rocket launched at him while in his Turbo-Granny form. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

After the Advance Unit arrived on Earth in search of Bamora, the team commenced an attack on the Serpo and subsequently engaged Okarun, Aira, Jiji, and Momo. Following his confrontation with Okarun, the Ta Kashin Jo Kur's firearms are obliterated by the yokai power user. Subsequently, the team departs with Okarun's kintama, intending to energize their warp gate and call forth their primary fleet for an impending invasion.
Following the Family's intervention to stop the Advance Unit from calling their fleet, the Ta Koshin Jo and the Jet Booster Exosuit Kur block Momo and Rokuro's path forward to seal the warp gate, with the former barraging them with a hail of bullets. The Ta Koshin Jo is then hit with a surprise attack from Bamora, who utilizes her exosuit's gigantification and invisibility features, and is ultimately defeated when its exosuit explodes following the Sumerian's subsequent attacks.
He briefly appears during the Invasion of Sumer along with Takanoka Ru Patcho and Ta Komeshi as they decimate the last Sumerian battalion after they lured them into an empty field to meet up with other Sumerian soldiers. The ambush completely wipes out the native species' forces, leaving Bamora, Banga, Tome and Aja as the sole survivors.
Trivia[]
- The Ta Koshin Jo follows the exosuit theme of being named after an octopus dish, with "Ta Koshin Jo" being named after "deep-fried octopus" (たこしんじょう tako shinjo?).
- The Ta Koshin Jo's exosuit motto is "Power is power" (力こそパワー Chikara koso pawā?).[2]
- The Exosuit's appearance bears a striking resemblance to Metal Gear REX from the Metal gear series.
