The Takonoka Ru Patcho (タコノカ・ル・パッチョ, Takonoka Ru Patcho^?) was an exosuit that was wielded by a Kur until it was destroyed by Aira.

Appearance

The Takonoka Ru Patcho was large in size, roughly about 3 meters tall. It was shaped rather disproportionately, having a crowned head with large eyes, wide shoulders, a small waist, and wide hips. It possessed ten missile launchers; six on its back and four that acted as its arms and legs. Its whole body was layered with intricate patterns.

Heads-Up Display
	The Takonoka Ru Patcho features a heads-up display for analyzing the environment.
Strengths and Weaknesses
The heads-up display allows the wielder to detect any signs of life, which helps track down any enemies who have retreated and are hidden from plain sight. However, multiple signs of life within the wielder's vicinity can proof to interfere with them pinpointing their exact target.
Danger Detection
The Takonoka Ru Patcho is able to detect and alert the wielder of any signs of approaching danger, as shown when it detected a truck thrown by Aira while the Kur piloting the Takonoka Ru Patcho was busy attacking Jiji.
Rotating Head
The Takonoka Ru Patcho's head is horizontally rotatable to have the wearer see anything from all directions (except from above presumably).
Enhanced Durability
The Takonoka Ru Patcho possesses a very durable shell that is capable of withstanding enhanced physical attacks from humans who possess yokai powers, as Aira's incredible kicking power in her Acrobatic Silky form was shown incapable of putting a single crack in it. It also greatly helps to provide protection from the detonation of its own missiles, which not even the durability of the aforementioned yokai-powered human is able to handle.
Flight
The Takonoka Ru Patcho has the supplementary feature of enabling flight.
Strengths and Weaknesses
The flight capabilities of the Takonoka Ru Patcho offers great mobility for the wielder and pairs well with the suit's missile launchers to make aerial attacks from a distance. If within close proximity, the opponent can see this as an opportunity to somehow hinder the movements of the Takonoka Ru Patcho wearer to prevent them from flying away and regaining their long-range advantage. This was demonstrated by Aira using her Acrobatic Silky hair to entangle the exosuit after the Kur wielder came close to make sure that she was down for good.
Missiles
	The Takonoka Ru Patcho is capable of firing multiple guided missiles as its main form of combat for the wielder. Combined with its flying capabilities, the Takonoka Ru Patcho effectively becomes a exosuit that specializes in long-range attacks. The missiles are fired from the exosuit's arms and legs that are actually launchers and the six launchers that are located on its back. It is unconfirmed if there is a limit to the number of missiles the Takonoka Ru Patcho can fire.
Strengths and Weaknesses
The barrage of missiles when fired and detonated can lay waste to a large area and are powerful enough to even bring down yokai-powered humans such as Aira, whose injuries from her first time being dealt by the missiles were so severe that she had no choice but to retreat from her enemy and was left unconscious afterwards, a notable feat considering that her durability and recover rate using Acrobatic Silky's powers allows her to retain consciousness from even large-scale attacks. While destructive, the missiles can be blocked if the opponent takes cover with something that can last long against the multiple explosions. The opponent can also use the explosions in their favor by having it obstruct the Takonoka Ru Patcho wielder's vision to perform a counterattack.
Electrical Disks
	The Takonoka Ru Patcho features four floating disks that are able to emit electricity.
Strengths and Weaknesses
The disks forming an electrical shield to block Aira's attack and shock her as a consequence. The disks serve to form an electrical square-shaped shield in front of the wielder to protect them from any incoming attacks. The shield is shown to be strong enough to block physical attacks from humans who possess yokai powers that boost their strength and even from the exosuit's own missiles. Since the shield is formed out of electricity, it is made dangerous for opponents to engage the exosuit wielder in close combat, as any physical attacks that are blocked will result in them receiving a strong electric shock. The wielder can also choose to attack their opponent with the electrical discharge emitting from the disks. The electrical shield can be bypassed if the opponent forces their way through with anything that does not conduct electricity, as shown by Aira who used her dehydrated Acrobatic Silky hair (from the time spent not tending to it, along with the Ta Komeshi's shockwaves robbing it even more of moisture) to create a tunnel through the shield and pass safely. The disks must also be free to move about in order for the shield to be formed, as shown by Aira grabbing them with her Acrobatic Silky hair.

The Kur of the Advance Unit was already in possession of the Takonoka Ru Patcho at the time of the invasion of Sumer.

Space Globalists Arc

While Jiji and Aira walk together back home, they are suddenly transported in Empty Space and are approached by Takonoka Ru Patcho together with Suda Ko and Ta Komeshi. He opens fire, sending out tens of missiles which Aira is able to weave using her Acrobatic Silky powers. She attempts to kick him but he activates four floating disk which form an electric barrier, electrocuting her. Soon after, the guided missiles explode on top of her and allow Suda Ko to blast her away.

Jiji transforms into Evil Eye which refuses to fight, leading both of them to lose against the Kur group. Takonoka Ru Patcho unseals his exosuit and steps out, surprised how it barely took three minutes to defeat them. He states how the high moisture of the atmosphere interferes with their laser beams, and the high gravity led to the humans having really tough bodies. Aira suddenly envelops the two of them into an hair sphere, giving them time to escape. Takonoka Ru Patcho quickly crawls back to his exosuit and he's reminded by Suda Ko that they'll be able to spot them by using their life-sign detection HUD. However, mysterious white orbs cover their screens, making it difficult to pinpoint their position. Because of this, they decide to spray down the neighborhood, hoping to hit them with collateral damage. They run out of time and eventually give up, saying that the Earth is a really strange planet filled with "Orbs".

He's shown fighting as an hologram in the basement of the Nagi Hospital, who along with his two teammates are able to defeat Momo, Jiji and Mr. Mantis Shrimp. Aira berates their horrible performance and points out that despite knowing the battle style of these three, they still couldn't beat them.

At the start of the Kur Invasion, he launches out a barrage which blows up the Ayase Residence Car and begins the fight. Whilst Aira tries to help Mr. Mantis Shrimp by throwing multiple vehicles at the Mantis Exosuit Kur, he destroys them with his missiles. Aira requests Jiji to target the Takonoka Ru Patcho and the Suda Ko (Exosuit) Kur, who after struggling coming up with a name for his special move, finally emits the Evil Gun, freeing Aira from the Ta Komeshi (Exosuit) Kur.

Jiji also defeats Ta Kowasa, unable to absorb the huge amount of energy coming from the Evil Eye. Takonoka Ru Patcho along with his unit attempts to stop Jiji, shocked by his power which he had been hiding all this time. As he says this, his exosuit beeps, signaling a truck flying towards him. He sends out a barrage to destroy it, but through the smoke Aira suddenly appears and he quickly deploys his electric shield, explaining how his exosuit provides perfect offense and defense, rendering him unbeatable. She explains how the recent lack of hair maintenance caused her hair to get completely dry, which she uses to create a way through the shield and strike him since dry hair is not conductive. Despite the initial fear, he laughs at the weak output of her attack which won't be enough to break his suit's armstring. He receives support fire by Suda Ko and Ta Komeshi, giving him enough time to throw another barrage of missiles, injuring Aira.

Takonoka Ro Patcho electrocutes Aira while she's defenseless on the ground, claiming that she won't be able to escape again as they can now fight for more than three minutes thanks to the upgrades to their base. She envelops him with her hair and reminds him that electricity wont work on her. He delivers a point blank shot which she defends against by encasing herself in a cocoon. He tries to gain distance and his two allies prepare to open fire, but they spot Jiji powering up another Evil Gun beam and focus on him, giving Aira a chance to overwhelm him. In spite of the various kicks, he proclaims how not even explosions can crack his armor, making her efforts pointless.

Okarun finally enters Empty Space and contacts Jiji and Aira to tell them about the power of the spiral. She manages to spin her hair faster and faster, turning into a drill which finally chips the Takonoka Ru Patcho. By combining this with the power of words, she shouts the name of her special move: "Pirouette, Noble Drill" and pierces through the Takonoka Ru Patcho, eliminating the Kur who wielded it.

Trivia

• The Takonoka Ru Patcho's appearance is based on the Shakōkidogū, following most of the exosuits' figurine theme.
• The Takonoka Ru Patcho also follows the exosuit theme of being named after an octopus dish, with "Takonoka Ru Patcho" being named after "octopus carpaccio" (タコノカルパッチョ, takonokarupatcho^?).
• The Takonoka Ru Patcho's exosuit motto is "It is worse to be deceived" (騙される方が悪い, Damasa reru kata ga warui^?).
