Tanaka (たなか, Tanaka^?) is a girl working at a convenience store along with Rokuro Serpo.

Appearance

Her dark hair is accompanied by dyed blond blunt bangs right over her eyebrows and two blond high twin tails that reach down to her neck. She's seen carrying the convenience store's apron over a sweatshirt with two black lines falling down the sides, while wearing a turtleneck underneath. She has a hole in the helix in both her ears along with two dark earrings, similarly to Unji and Raiya's,

Personality

Despite her usual deadpan expression, she's still curious enough to learn about her coworker Serpo's motives for working there and his country of origin, although she doesn't seem to realize that he's an alien and instead believes he's from the United States.

Background

Noticing Rokuro's hard labor, Tanaka reached over to point it out, though he focused more on her being lazy. Rokuro states that he previously worked in a program to study earthlings outside of Japan, surprising the girl who claimed that he indeed had the look of a western person. He told her that he's from the Zeta Reticuli star system, yet she thought it was somewhere in America. Hearing this, Rokuro revealed that he had connections to NASA, yet she had no idea where or what it was in the first place.

Trivia

• Unji Zuma and Raiya both possess very similar black earrings. Interestingly, Unji, the leader of the gang, has four on each ear, while Raiya, who's his right hand man, has three. This might imply that she's apart of the gang too and is also a high ranking individual as only Raiya and Unji have only black earrings sets, although her affiliation is not confirmed.
• When Rokuro confronts Vega, he lies and claims that his name is Tanaka, obviously taken from his coworker.
