Synopsis[]
Upon spotting a small creature which immediately disappears inside the Kami High's library, Okarun and Momo debate on its possible nature, to which he connects it to the popular tiny and elusive cryptid spotted by many celebrities. They try to look for him, hoping to receive some clues on how to make her grow back, but to no avail. The school's break ends and Momo decides to look for the tiny old man while Okarun leaves to gym class along with Kinta.
Queen tries to comfort Kouki, stating that she in the past had also another student who kept seeing a little man. They were scared and wished to not see it, which led to Queen investigating the nature of the pygmies. She states that seeing it will bring good luck and that student is now searching for the little old men.
While Seiko has lunch with Payase and Kashimoto, she asks the latter if he had any clue on how to get Momo back to normal since he has researched a lot into "tiny old men". He informs her about the Uchide-no-Kozuchi, used by the inch-high samurai Issun Boshi to grow big, which is now said to be in possession of the great god Daikokuten, worshipped inside the Izumo Grand Shrine. Seiko thanks the duo for their intel and rushes to leave but they are suddenly attacked by a horde of jiangshi.
