WARNING! |
Toramaru Sodenashi (
Appearance[]
He has a very muscular body and he wears a tank top with a jaguar-like pattern, white shorts and shoes. He has earings and wears a chain around his neck. His blonde hair is messy and either stands up or falls to the side. Because of the dark beard and some dark parts of his hair, there's a chance he has dyed his hair. He usually has a very intimidating face which gives an aggressive vibe.
Personality[]
He's hotheaded and as the leader of Class C, he believes he's the strongest student at Renjaku and as such his class is superior to others, since the first time we see him he asks Class A to submit to them. He loses his cool multiple times as we see in Danmara when he screams to find Zuma and when he ignores Momo's tips to fight their respective counterparts. He's so confident in his skill and is rarely scared that he even personally threatens the Fairy-Tale Card, saying he would beat him up once they returned to Earth. This doesn't mean that he doesn't care for others as he's seen defending Rin from the controlled aggressors and offers to assist Zuma in his quest to save Daiki from his curse, although he maintains his intimidating and aggressive vibe.
Synopsis[]
Kintama Hunt Saga[]
Danmara Arc[]
Class C and class A are at a tense standoff and Toramaru pushes it to the edge when he asks the students to accept their fate as inferiors and to submit to them. Benzou, leader of class A, doesn't waste time and runs forward, planting Toramaru's face on his knee. Others follow immediately after and a huge turf war breaks out to determine which class is the strongest.
He and the entire Renjaku High School along with Zuma's gang get transported inside Danmara to save Unji. When they arrive to the battlefield, he screams out, demanding to know where Zuma is. Despite Momo's warnings about fighting the respective enemy classes depending on their own, Toramaru and many others charge in, punching the warriors and defeating them.
Due to Momo and Zuma breaking the final seal and freeing the Fairy-Tale Card, he gets immediately concerned about the force of nature who just appeared in front of them. This escalates when he possesses Umbrella Boy and Momo warns him and others to utilize Medusa's card to turn into stone and survive the deadly blasts.
He returns with the delinquents after the Fairy-Tale Card escapes skyward, screaming, enraged that Zuma's now under control of that evil yokai. Thanks to Rin and Mai's endeavours, the delinquents levitate into the sky and Toramaru soon approaches the spirit, threatening to beat him to a pulp once they return to Earth. The yokai is bewildered by this and questions how he's able to fly, although the other delinquents soon reach him and join forces before reappearing back in the real world. He's one of the few who try to seize the Fairy-Tale Card tentacles but his sheer size makes this task impossible and he retreats. He also did not get affected by any of the spirit's powers when Count Saint-Germain arrived on the scene, so he resorted to defend Rin from the controlled delinquents. He's both scared and intrigued when he sees the defeated yokai burst beams of light into the night.
Days after the incident, he's invited to the Goro Stamina Booster by Seiko and he quickly devours his plate.

Kozuka Knives Arc[]
The Renjaku High classes decide to set their differences aside to lend a hand to the cursed Daiki Hakono who's aging at an unnatural speed. Toramaru and other delinquents stand in front of Kami High's gate to look for Momo under request of Zuma. The students of the school are frightened by them and Okarun, accompanied by Bamora and a shrunk down Momo, volunteers to approach them since he already met some of them. When Okarun asks them kindly to leave because it was causing problems, Toramaru immediately gets mad and stares him down to intimidate him. Later, when Aira and Jiji see Momo in Zuma's hands and believing he's another pawn of the blackmailer like Koki, they manifest their powers and attack him, taking Momo away from him. In the background, Toramaru screams out, concerned about Zuma and ready to inflict pain to his attackers.
