Turbo Granny and Momo Ayase vs. Serpos was a battle that took place on the Serpos ship. It focuses on the battle between Turbo Granny, a yokai who cursed Kami High student Ken Takakura, Momo Ayase, a Kami High student who made a bet with Ken to discover if either spirits or aliens exist, and the Serpos, aliens from Planet Serpo who seek to extract human female reproductive organs.
Prologue[]
Momo and the student getting into an argument over their paranormal beliefs.
While walking through the school hallway feeling depressed over her recent breakup with her boyfriend, Momo Ayase notices a student being bullied by his classmates and becomes prompted to defend him by sitting at his desk eyeing his classmates and feigning interest in the occult magazine he's reading. Though she had no intention of befriending him afterwards or taking an interest in his likes, she ends up giving the student the wrong impression after he becomes eager to engage in conversation about aliens. Annoyed by the student obsessively talking to her while she is still in a bad mood, Momo yells at him to leave her alone, However, seeing the student let down by her rude behavior, she quickly apologizes for her reaction and gently tells him that her beliefs lean towards spirits rather than aliens due to her grandmother being a spirit medium. This leads to the student denying her belief and angering Momo, causing her to challenge him to a dare to see if either spirits or aliens are real.
Late at night, the two arrived at their chosen spots and conversed with each other on the phone. Their conversation then ends after Occult-kun, the nickname Momo gives to the student, finds himself encountering and cursed by a spirit known as Turbo Granny. At this moment, Momo also finds herself encountering aliens who strip her down to her underwear and abduct her onto their spaceship.
Battle[]

Momo awakens to find herself restrained by the Serpos, aliens who seeks to obtain female reproductive organs to better their race. Before they are given the chance to force themselves on her, Turbo Granny emerges from Momo's phone possessing Occult-kun and goes on a rampage attacking the Serpos. The Serpos use their psychokinesis to subdue the possessed student and continue with their procedure on Momo, using their powers to heighten Momo's arousal.
While being influenced by a Serpo, Momo recalls her grandmother's ki ritual and manages to awaken her psychic powers, resulting in her being released from her restraints and obtain the strength needed to repel the Serpo with a powerful kick that destroys their spaceship. With the aliens dealt with, Momo uses her power to suppress Turbo Granny's cursed on Occult-kun. Before departing, Turbo Granny warns Momo that Occult-kun will remain cursed as long as she has his genitalia, and challenges her to confront her at her tunnel to lift it.
Aftermath[]
After surviving the Serpos' spaceship's crash landing, Momo continues to suppress Occult-kun's curse and informs him of the conditions required to restore him to his normal state. Occult-kun prepares to leave to face Turbo Granny, insisting on handling it alone to prevent causing her any more trouble. However, Momo objects to this and insists that she offer her help. Occult-kun accepts her kindness and apologizes for his earlier behavior, attributing it to his nature as an 'awkward fellow.' Hearing a phrase that reminds her of her celebrity crush, Ken Takakura, Momo is momentarily taken aback but quickly regains her composure, dismissing any misunderstandings. However, after asking for his name, which she realizes she had not inquired about before, Momo is left speechless when Occult-kun reveals that his name is 'Ken Takakura.'
